great video, alot of people do not realize that doing a detox correctly is important because you can sometimes do damage if you are informed.

BMI is a good way to find out if you are at a healthy weight, but it does have limitations. For instance two women can be the same height should have the same BMI, but the woman with more muscle mass will have a higher BMI and may fall into the category of “overweight” bc muscle weighs more than fat. If you really wanna get healthy, u may want to invest in a scale that calculates % body fat. There is a good article on this in Essence (the one with Kerry Washington on the cover) on weight,
I know..that crazy BMI number isn’t a true guide of a healthy weight. It really doesn’t consider factors like body frame type…it’s a wonder of what clean eating can do for ya..as far as detoxing…I did a raw food challenge for 3 wks a few years ago before thanksgiving and felt great..and then afterward had a vegan thankgiving and I felt great. I am detoxing now..because sugar has became a problem for me recently..and I recognized it…so I am detoxing again to resolve that
